  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
  I don't know where to start with all the problems I had using rental solutions !! Kim is the most unhelpful owner/ license holder I have ever met, whenever contacting him on any matter he always said its not his problem contact Donna, she seems to spend more time out of office than in but yet she is the only personnel who we could deal with !! Let us move in with a cockroach infestation and told to buy spray which we would be refunded for. Provided the receipt but never got the money. Their emergency number is there office number which closes at 17:00 and the other is KIM's mobile which he is obviously far to busy to answer. We were told bond return would be stress free and done in a timely manner , 9 weeks later after constant chasing up and out of office emails I finally received it due to contacting department of commence. Save yourself a headache and use someone else.
