  UNADVISABLE TO USE RIDE ADVICE
  I took my bike in because I had a puncture. They replaced the tube. The tyre was flat the next morning and I took the bike back to them. They said that if it was another puncture, they would charge me for another tube.
  I said that it was quite likely that the flat tyre was due to something on their part, especially given that I have puncture-proof tyres, had not had a puncture in the last year and it would be very strange coincidence if I had got two punctures on two consecutive days. They said that I would have to pay for another tube if there was a puncture. They would not even consider that their tube might have been defective or incorrectly fitted. I took the bike into them to check and they had the bike sitting in the shop all day, did not do any work on it and said that there was nothing wrong with it when I picked it up.
  Throughout the process, I found the staff at Ride Advice rude and abrupt. They were unhelpful in their advice and left me having to repeatedly visit the shop to do get something as simple as a flat tyre attended to.
  I took the bike to another shop and had to replace the tube that Ride Advice had put in just last week. The tube Ride Advice put in had been defective, so I had to pay for a new tube.
  Twice the cost and 3 times the hassle.
  
  IT IS BAD ADVICE TO USE RIDE ADVICE.
